Ryddle is designed with privacy in mind. Most of your game data stays right on your device, and we only collect what's necessary to make the game work well and to hear your feedback.

To remember your daily progress and prevent replaying the same riddle:

Your guesses for today's riddle
Whether you've seen the how-to-play guide

This information never leaves your device and is automatically cleared when you clear your browser data.

Feedback Information (Sent to External Service)

When you choose to send feedback:

Your email address
Your feedback message

This information is sent to Formspree (our form handling service) and may be stored according to their privacy policy.

Word Validation (Temporary Requests)

To check if your guesses are valid English words:

Your word guesses are sent to a dictionary API for validation

These requests are not stored as personal information and are used only for immediate word validation.

Advertising (Third-Party)

Google AdSense may collect information according to Google's privacy policies:

Information about your device and browsing
Ad interaction data

This data collection is managed by Google and subject to their privacy practices, not ours.
